Who are we?
Rivka Schlesinger has been a partner of Capital for some 20 years. Rivka made aliyah from Manchester England in 1974. She has a B.Sc. in Economics and Computer Science from the London School of Economics. Rivka is married with four children and whenever she has time between singing in choirs and concerts enjoys babysitting her grandchildren.

Alan Deco founded Capital Property Consultants in 1980 was originally from Golders Green in London England. He came on aliyah in 1978 with 10 years experience as an Estate Agent in London. He is an experienced appraiser/property valuer. Alan is married with two daughters. He is a history buff, enjoys reading the magazine Scientific American and he set up this website from scratch.
